What Does Symphony Secondary Processing Software Do?

Symphony’s Secondary Processing Solution was designed to give secondary processors complete visibility into the plant-floor WIP process. Whether you are a fresh processor or a further processor, Symphony enables a production facility to collect data throughout the entire manufacturing process.

With Symphony, raw materials are received and put into inventory through the Receiving application. Raw materials can be scanned into production batches for WIP tracking and traceability. Once a finished good is produced, it can either be manually weighed and labeled, or the weighing and labeling process can be fully automated. In the office, users have full visibility into all of the inputs for each production batch and all of the finished goods that were created from each batch. This gives the operation 360 degree traceability from raw materials to finished goods packaging.
