You can reach out to our Software Support Team either through email or by phone. All after hours requests (i.e. weekends, holidays, or after 6pm EST) must go through our toll free 1-800 line. The contact email address and phone numbers can be found on your Software Support Agreement.

The fastest way to reach our support team is through email. Emailed software support requests that are received during normal business hours should receive a response within 5-10 minutes. At most response times for emailed support requests should not exceed 30 minutes.
