Rich brings more than 35 years of experience to us in the software and hardware industries as he heads up our Finance and Accounting efforts. A well-rounded executive with background in the areas of customer service and support, product development, sales operations, finance, accounting and administration.

Steven grew up immersed in Carlisle’s story after his father founded the company in 1985. With a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster and an MBA from McGill, he gained experience in electronics and venture capital before returning in 2010. As VP Operations, he oversees daily operations and key client relationships.

He has overseen enterprise information systems, large-scale project portfolios, and high-impact customer experience initiatives—consistently driving transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes through strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to service quality.

Shawn Murri brings over 35 years of experience in developing software applications. Since 2001, he has led Carlisle’s Software Team, building a group of highly skilled developers. During his tenure, Shawn has designed and implemented software solutions for meat processing plants of all sizes. He works closely with each plant to understand their operations, identifying commonalities and unique needs, to deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and performance.

A passionate people person, he thrives on working with customers to solve plant floor challenges and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
