technical hardware support and emergency on-site service troubleshooting and repair
services. All repairs are backed up with our Customer Service Guarantee.
Working with our Software Response Center, the HRC representatives ensure that
every issue is dealt with by the appropriate department. Our Web-based tracking
system facilitates the transfer of issues from one department to the other.
Several hardware maintenance plans are available with various coverage levels.
These plans start with ‘return to depot’ service and optionally provide for on-site
emergency service and scheduled plant visits for preventative maintenance.
