Printheads, Replacement parts
Printheads and rollers are the most common parts that wear out on a printer, and our customers routinely keep extra stock on hand for these parts. Datamax printers are designed with routine maintenance in mind, and it is incredibly easy to replace the printhead and drive roller.
These are end-user replaceable! No more expensive emergency service calls!

Warranty Note: As printheads and drive rollers are expected to wear with usage, these are not covered under warranty, except in the case of manufacturer defect.
