iCap™ is Carlisle’s next generation of configurable weighing and labeling software built on years of experience. iCap runs on our Protector 4800 and 5800 workstations in a Windows XP embedded environment on the .Net Framework. The solution can operate as a stand alone workstation in smaller facilities or can operate in complex integrated systems as typically found in larger facilities.

iCap™ systems typically range from static weighing and manual label applications to fully automated systems with in-motion scales, in-line bar code scanners and label applicators. The application is also capable of monitoring up to 16 digital inputs, 2 scales, hand held scanners, optional outbound verification scanners, label printers, and various digital outputs simultaneously without data loss or any drop in performance.
