We develop detailed functional requirements through a range of Business Requirements
Documents. These technical specifications include systems architecture, data flow drawings,
database layouts, sequences of operation, ERP business integration and more.
Central to our accuracy at this crucial stage is the in-depth involvement of our clients
so we can understand their business process and how we can build on our standardized
solutions to best meet the client’s requirements. Our drive for detail includes
identification of planning discrepancies, to agreement on functionality specifics,
to buy-in of detailed solutions at each step of the process, ending with a final
sign-off of the BRD. This process helps to ensure a successful end result, a solution
