Field Service Representative

We are seeking an energetic, talented service representative with exceptional customer service skills.

The applicant will have proven experience working with electronics and PC hardware, strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for working with electrical and mechanical equipment. A solid understanding of MS DOS, Windows and network infrastructure and protocols coupled with a strong desire to learn more is required.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and juggle priorities on a daily basis, and generally work under pressure is expected. The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and may be required to travel across North America.

Duties will include the configuration, installation and repair of Carlisle’s integrated solutions consisting of computer workstations, RF scanning systems, scales, label printers and applicators.
